​We've known Nick for a number of years when he was the Head of Wellbeing at John Lewis Partnership where his team directly supported 80,000 employees especially those in most financial need (to the value of £1m per annum), through individual financial grants and loans and through a wider longer term educational programme.

Nick runs his own health and wellbeing strategy consultancy, Myadv1ce, where he sees first hand the personal and organisational impacts of strained financial wellbeing on his clients’ employees. He is also an expert contributor to Champion Health.
