What Does This Workshop Cover?

  • Facilitated by FinWELL Specialists, bring leadership and employee teams together creating a psychologically safe space to #TalkAboutMoney.
  • Understand what financial wellbeing is all about and the links to mental health. 
  • Discuss the current financial challenges around the rising cost of living.
  • Ensure employees do not feel alone by sharing ideas, hints and tips around potential solutions and ways to get through these challenging times.
  • All attendees can complete the FinWELL PAWA Plan Learning Journey to understand, measure and then improve their own financial wellbeing whatever their role, income, family situation or levels of experience and confidence.
  • Attendees will learn about the five key elements of financial wellbeing and establish their own personal FinWELL Money Score.
  • They can then identify their areas of focus as life's financial journey is broken down into five key stages.
  • Employees can understand the difference between financial education, guidance and advice and what next steps are relevant and suitable for them.
  • Lastly, we'll share hints and tips for employees to feel empowered to actually take action for positive change.
  • We can help with comms to maximise engagement
  • All information is gathered anonymously and can then be presented to help you plan a data-driven, personalised, inclusive, measurable and cost-effective programme of activity over a 3, 6 or 12 month period.
  • The data will give insights to identify the common challenges and pain points, key areas of focus for your people, the most popular topics and themes and what types of support they would like access to.

Meet The Speakers

Ryan Briggs

Ryan founded FinWELL to transform lives through the power of financial education and wellbeing.

​He has a Level 4 Diploma in financial services from the London Institute of Banking and Finance, is an accredited workplace financial education specialist and a mental health first aider.

He is an ambassador and advisory board member of the Ripple Suicide Prevention Charity and a member of the Global Wellness Institute leadership team.

Justine Piercy

Justine joined the FinWELL Team to help employees improve financial wellbeing especially budgeting and basic money management and is now the Head of Training & Delivery. 

​Justine has over 30 years experience in financial services enjoying many management, leadership and training roles.

Lucy Wallington

​Lucy has over thirty years of experience in HR roles with the likes of Apple and Gap and is now part of the FinWELL team delivering interactive group workshops and 1-1 sessions as-well as being our HR Community Lead.

Lucy is passionate about helping employees find financial freedom through basic budgeting and money management.
