CHAMPION TRAINING

We're excited to launch our Financial Health First Aid Champion Training for Senior Leaders, Managers, HR, Wellbeing Champions and Mental Health First Aiders.

Many employers now recognise the importance of positive mental health on our performance, productivity and general happiness and wellbeing throughout life.

Financial Wellbeing and poor relationships with money are now the biggest driver of stress and anxiety in the workplace and this is an opportunity to make a change.

This can include:

  • Proactive, reactive and conversational approach
  • Three module options including interactive group workshop, video based digital/online/e-learning and 1-1 session
  • Chance for attendees to 'put their own oxygen mask on first' with financial wellbeing
  • Online and in-person options
  • Ongoing Support
  • Available as part of a wider financial education and wellbeing programme or package
  • Available on a local, regional, national or global basis
  • Ideal for senior leaders, managers, wellbeing champions and mental health first aiders
  • Suitable as stand alone training or to compliment existing mental health training
  • Available direct to employers or via selected collaborative partners to also support our FinWELL Foundation as part of our approach to CSR and ESG.
