What do they cost?
This is a great starting option if budgets are limited.
The cost is based on total number of employees, not on how many employees opt in. This can be paid monthly via direct debit or up front for a 10% discount and is for a minimum of 12 months. Minimum payment of £30 + vat per month or £360 + vat per annum before discount and capped at £2,000 + vat per month. What do you get? Your employees will get 24/7/365 access to a bespoke FinWELL Microsite branded with your logo with various forms of education content along life's financial journey including articles, videos, audio files, podcasts and infographics. You will also get our monthly Financial Fitness PDF that can be emailed to all employees and also printed off for engagement with harder to reach members of staff. These PDF's are visually appealing and utilise QR code technology linking employees to videos to relevant content to their areas of focus. |

What do you get? This is our starting point and a fantastic way to get to know our team, understand our approach to financial education and wellbeing and see how we work. The session can be recorded and if you go ahead with a further programme, this can be embedded into your FinWELL Microsite. We can also gather anonymous data to establish the Personal FinWELL Money Scores of your people and where the pain points are, their areas of focus along life's financial journey, what their next steps might be, the types of support they want and need and what additional financial wellbeing topics and themes are most important to them. We were asked to develop 1-1 support as some employees wanted a private and confidential option to discuss their financial situation and be guided or signposted to relevant resources. FinWELL do not sell, endorse or promote any financial products and do not offer regulated financial advice.
