Sessions can be tailored for your leadership team, wellbeing champions and employees of all levels.
Services
Time can be spent working with your HR/Wellbeing team covering strategy, implementation and review as-well as 1-2-1 sessions with employees either face to face or online.
This can include research surveys with your employees to identify what’s most important to them as-well as other initiatives covering mental, physical and social wellbeing.
Confidential 1-2-1 Employee Sessions will:
- Explain what financial wellbeing actually is
- Explore the links between financial and mental wellbeing
- Look at the impact of poor financial wellbeing
- Explain the four steps to improving financial wellbeing
- Establish a Personal Financial Wellbeing Score
- Identify areas of focus including money management, the property ladder, protecting what’s important, investing for the future and modern retirement planning.
- Create a personalised plan of action with access to ongoing access to education, guidance and advice
- Review what has been done, what has been achieved and what are the next steps

Hourly Rate - £300 + vat (one off workshops)
2 Hours per month - £500 + vat (under 50 employees)
Half Day per month (4 hours) - £950 + vat (50-100 employees)
Full Day per month (8 hours) - £1,500 + vat (100-250 employees)
Two Days per month - £2,750 + vat (250 employees+)
We can also incorporate Mental, Physical and Social Wellbeing solutions to maximise impact.
Expenses incurred for face to face meetings and implementation are not included.
Specific packages can include full membership of Let’s Improve Workplace Wellbeing.
