You'll probably have physical first aiders and hopefully also some support around mental health too.

We were asked to design some training to up-skill leaders, managers, hr, wellbeing leads, mental health first aiders and key employees internally.

It starts with our Financial Health & Wellbeing Awareness Group Workshop for your leaders, managers and key employees and/or consider our CPD Certified FinWELL Champion Training. 

FinWELL Champions®️ can then help spot the signs of poor financial wellbeing within their teams, have empathetic conversations and effectively signpost to relevant resources and employee benefits.

We also have an opportunity for Champions to go on to become Instructors as part of the FinWELL Champion®️ Community.

Financial Coaching is becoming a popular employee benefit and we've learnt how to effectively implement it along with your other initiatives and support.

It's important to understand that your people will be on a journey when it comes to their financial wellbeing and not everyone will want, need or be ready for 1-1 support.

We've designed a 'credit' system giving your teams the support they need, when they need it.
